How I remove spyware from my computer once and for all!

"HOW SPYWARE WAS KILLING MY PRODUCTIVITY,"
and how I remove spyware from my computer once and for all.

Spyware might be killing your computer (fun) too, if you are asking questions like:
Why would my brand new computer not run as fast as just a few weeks ago?
Why do web pages on the Internet load much slower than they used to?
How do I find out if I have spyware or malware on my computer?
How can I delete spyware and malware from my computer?
Have you noticed that your computer is slowing down?
Is it taking a long time to find files or taking a long time to find web sites? Have you ran the latest, greatest spyware and malware removal utilities, but had no success? If you're like me, you even tried clearing your cache and deleting your temporary Internet files daily, but my computer still seemed slower than the old computer I just put in mothballs.
Are you worried about people stealing your keystrokes to steal your credit cards, etc?
Are you also worried about others watching where you surf on the Internet and the keys you type on your computer? I kept hearing about the potential for people to record my keystrokes and steal my identity or credit cards information, and did not know what to do.
If you're reading this letter, welcome a shared problem world wide.
But here's my story first. For the past year, I was having problems with my new computer slowing down and in fact at times I had problems even using some web conferencing software programs on the Internet. So I continually ran two very popular and recommended packages and always found many programs on my computer. I thought I had my spyware problem under control. But it seemed like within days after running the software, my computer was slowing down again. It was always in the back of my mind that my computer was not really as fast as it was when I first purchased it, and worse, I had fears that there must still be spyware on my computer tracking my keystrokes on the keyboard.
Here is a solution for a free scan without spending any money!
I got so fed up with it it all that I finally decided to try to find one more program on the Internet. I did not want to spend any money, but luckily, I found a program that allowed me to have a free scan to see if I still had spyware on my pc... and it DID have tons of spyware running, even though I had just run two anti-spyware programs right before I ran this new program.
Look at the attached print out to see what I found on my computer!

found 109 files that were still infected, plus dozens of programs that were still were still in my registry and loading and running every time I turned on my computer.
SCARY. Not only was my slow computer wasting my precious minutes every time I used my computer, but people were also potentially tracking everything I did on the Internet.
Again, perhaps even my keystrokes on my keyboard to steal my credit card numbers, or worse yet, my Identity.
Of course most of these programs get on your computer without you even knowing, but another frustrating part is that I recognize many of these programs because I remember installing AND trying to remove them from my computer!
So now I know that when you install all these handy little utilities that are supposed to save time or do neat things to track passwords or programs to help with e-mail or keep track of the weather, even if you remove them, they may not be gone!
The fact is these programs are still in your pc, waiting to spy on you and they do in fact slow down your pc.
